By accessing or using the services provided at alectrachtenberg.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by the following terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site. Alec Trachtenberg/Coast ART Productions LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will signify your acceptance of those changes.

Services Provided
Alec Trachtenberg provides sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategy consulting services. These services include, but are not limited to, strategic advice, sales process optimization, market analysis, and other related consulting services ("Services").
Use of Services
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Conduct:
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Confidentiality
Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the Services. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, and client data.

Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of Alec Trachtenberg, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property
Ownership:
All content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Alec Trachtenberg/Coast ART Productions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal and non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Site without our prior written consent.

Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alec Trachtenberg and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Jurisdictional Issues
The materials on the Site are presented for the purpose of promoting sales consultancy services, business development programs, films, and other products available in the United States and its territories, possessions, and protectorates. The Site is controlled and operated by Alec Trachtenberg/Coast ART Productions LLC and its affiliates. We make no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Users who choose to access the Site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Software from this site is subject to United States export controls.

General Provisions
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Users hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Alec Trachtenberg and users and may not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Alec Trachtenberg may give notice to users via a general notice on the Site, electronic mail, or written communication. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Alec Trachtenberg's Designated Agent. See Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement. To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing.

Contact information of the complaining party.

A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
